Wakaba Kimura joined transmediale in 2024 as part of the admin team and works on general administration and HR management. Her journey began with Literature studies and a stint in Valuation, but the allure of Berlin’s vibrant culture drew her to Germany, where she earned a B.A. in International Business and some Deutschkenntnis. Outside of transmediale, you’ll find her co-curating and co-managing biegungen im ausland, a monthly concert series dedicated to ‘outlandish music for outspoken ears’.
