Frizbee Ceramics

FRIZBEE CERAMICS is a creative platform producing ceramic objects and installations founded in 2017 by Lisa Egio and Elliot Kervyn, working between Brussels and London. After studying architecture and anthropology, they completed a postgraduate course in sculpture at the Royal College of Arts in London in 2019-20. Egio and Kervyn's contextual installations become experimental laboratories. With humor and self-deprecation, they critically examine the structures of manufacturing and consumption of objects. They have a particular interest in the loss of control over production techniques and processes, as well as in the commercial and psychological models that channel the consumption of material and abstract objects.
