Taking place at transmediale studio, Libraries of Rest by Irish artist Ciara Barker facilitates the creation of a shared resource of ideas for methods of rest. The exhibition invites visitors to imagine the future of restful spaces and practices by cultivating an environment where care is prioritised and rest is celebrated. Curated by Aoife Donnellan and with a soundscape by Mankyy, Libraries of Rest aims to create an inclusive and comfortable space that considers alternative futures, divorced from productivity.
