A set of kits, comprising a sample of shredded e-waste and a small booklet in a printed box, will be distributed during all days of transmediale. The booklet includes a set of unresponded-to anxieties: questions and concerns about the current state of maker/hacker culture. The booklet also includes blank space for participants to write in, glue in, scratch in, and anything else. The kits will then form the basis for a two-hour moderated discussion near the end of the festival. Following the event, a summary publication (again, in the form of a kit) will be issued, presenting the results.

Während der transmediale wird ein Set von Kits mit geschreddertem E-Müll und einem kleinen Booklet in einer gedruckten Box verteilt. Das Booklet thematisiert unaufgelöste Ängste, Fragen und Bedenken in Bezug auf die Situation der Maker/Hacker-Kultur, außerdem leere Seiten, die Teilnehmer_innen beschriften, bekleben, bekritzeln und alles Mögliche damit tun können. Gegen Ende des Festivals wird das Booklet zur Grundlage einer zweistündigen, moderierten Diskussion. Im Anschluss daran wird eine Publikation (ebenfalls in Form eines Kits) mit den zusammenfassten Ergebnissen veröffentlicht.
