The work captures mid-pandemic online communication as an extension of physical presence and a distorted mirror for subjectivity. Layering the artificial architecture of digital landscapes with the domestic life, through combined Zoom and Skype recordings and Google Earth environments. Private gestures are performed here in sync, as a personal ritual, emerging between connectedness and isolation, immediacy and distraction, belonging and distance. The screens and the bodies are treated as interface between the fragmented temporalities, information flows and mediated intimacy.
Performers in order of appearance - Yen Chun Lin, Christopher Füllemann, Louise Dahl, Juan Pablo Cámara and Alistair Watts.
