Hernán's work is strongly influenced by technology for the creation of three-dimensional spaces and characters, mediated by the possibilities offered by 3D modeling and rendering software. He is the instructor of the Digital Interaction and Illustration for Editorial and Multimedia Media program at the tecnológico de Artes Débora Arango, Envigado, Colombia, and the Professor in charge of the Mutant Realities - Digital Interaction program (2022-2025).
