Through an enzymatic digestion process, Sarah Friend, Gosia Lehmann and Arkadiy Kukarin have broken down US paper banknotes into sugar syrup, carefully tested and fit for human consumption. On the menu, there will be a selection of cocktails. Each will dictate your fate and how you navigate this game of sticky liquidity and unreasonable consumption. As usual, nothing is free – in order to seal this sweet deal, you will need to sign one-sided contracts and make future bets… and of course, there is no guarantee that the value of the syrup won’t flip.
